Effective Date: September 15, 2026 | Last Updated: September 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SAXET TAPXE ("SAXET," "we," "us," or "our"), a company organized under the laws of Barbados, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with Hero2Zero2Freedom.com (the "Site"). SAXET operates the Site under license in connection with books, publications, digital products, and related intellectual property authored or owned by Dennis T. Comer / D.T. Comer.

This Policy applies when you visit the Site, contact us, subscribe to communications, request free content, purchase products directly from the Site, submit content, or otherwise interact with the Site. It does not govern information collected independently by third-party retailers, payment processors, distributors, social networks, or other services that maintain their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Name and contact information, including email address and telephone number if supplied;
  • Billing, order, and transaction information;
  • Information submitted through contact forms or customer-service communications;
  • Newsletter, mailing-list, and free-chapter subscription information;
  • Comments, reviews, testimonials, or other content you submit;
  • Account information if customer accounts are enabled; and
  • Any other information you voluntarily provide to us.

You generally may browse public portions of the Site without creating an account or directly identifying yourself.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, the Site, its hosting provider, security services, analytics tools, e-commerce software, or other service providers may automatically collect technical or usage information such as:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP address;
  • Browser, device, and operating-system information;
  • Referring and exit pages;
  • Pages viewed, dates and times of access, and navigation patterns;
  • Cookie, session, or similar identifiers;
  • Shopping-cart, checkout, and download activity; and
  • Security, diagnostic, fraud-prevention, and performance information.

3. Purchases and Digital Products

The Site may sell books, e-books, PDF files, EPUB files, downloadable materials, or other products. When you make a direct purchase, SAXET may collect information reasonably necessary to process, fulfill, document, secure, and

support the transaction, including your name, email address, billing details, order data, transaction identifiers, IP address, and delivery or download records.

The Site may use WooCommerce or similar e-commerce technology. Payment-card and payment-account information is processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout, such as Stripe, PayPal, or another approved processor. SAXET does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on the Site.

We may retain limited transaction records such as the purchaser name, email address, product, price, transaction identifier, date, payment status, refund status, and delivery or download information for customer service, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, and compliance purposes.

4. Free Chapters, Mailing Lists, and Marketing

You may voluntarily provide an email address to receive a free chapter, excerpt, newsletter, publication announcement, promotional content, or other requested material. We may use that information to deliver the requested material and, where permitted, send information about books, publications, events, Site updates, or related offerings.

We may use MailPoet or another email-delivery or mailing-list service to support these communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in an email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional, security, customer-service, or legally required communications.

We do not sell our mailing list merely to allow unrelated companies to market directly to subscribers.

5. Contact Forms and Correspondence

If you contact us through the Site or by email, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, subject, message, and other information you provide. We use this information to respond, provide support, maintain appropriate records, prevent abuse, and administer the Site and our business.

6. Comments, Reviews, Testimonials, and Public Submissions

If comments, reviews, testimonials, or other submissions are enabled, information you authorize for publication may become publicly available. If you authorize publication of a testimonial, we may display it with the name, initials, occupation, photograph, or other attribution you have expressly authorized.

Where WordPress comments are enabled, the Site may collect the information entered in the comment form together with IP address and browser information for security and spam detection. If Gravatar functionality is enabled, an anonymized value derived from an email address may be provided to Gravatar/Automattic to determine whether a profile image is associated with that address.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site may use cookies, pixels, local storage, session identifiers, or similar technologies. Depending on the configuration of the Site, these technologies may include:

  • Necessary cookies for security, shopping carts, checkout, fraud prevention, account sessions, and core Site operation;
  • Functional cookies that remember preferences or improve usability;
  • Analytics technologies that help us understand traffic, interactions, and Site performance; and
  • Marketing or advertising technologies, if enabled, used to measure campaigns, remarket, or integrate with social- media or advertising services.

The specific cookies and technologies in use may change as services and plugins are added, removed, or updated. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out mechanism for non-essential technologies, we will provide an appropriate mechanism. You may also control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may impair Site functionality.

8. Analytics, Advertising, and Online Tracking

If the Site uses analytics, advertising, remarketing, social-media, or session-measurement tools, those providers may receive information about your device, browser, IP address, Site interactions, or identifiers according to their own terms and privacy practices. The Site should not be understood to use any particular analytics or advertising provider unless that provider is actually enabled.

Traditional browser "Do Not Track" signals do not have a universally accepted technical standard. Where applicable law requires recognition of an approved browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process that signal as required by law for the activities to which it applies.

9. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Process purchases and payments and deliver digital products;
  • Provide free chapters, excerpts, or other requested materials;
  • Communicate with customers and visitors;
  • Send marketing communications where permitted;
  • Maintain mailing lists and subscription preferences;
  • Provide customer service and technical support;
  • Prevent fraud, spam, misuse, unauthorized redistribution, and security incidents;
  • Maintain transaction, accounting, tax, audit, and business records;
  • Enforce Site policies and contractual rights;
  • Protect legal rights, safety, and property; and
  • Comply with applicable laws, legal process, and regulatory obligations.

10. When We Disclose Information

We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Hosting, technology, security, analytics, e-commerce, payment, email-delivery, backup, accounting, customer- service, and professional service providers;
  • Payment processors, banks, card networks, and fraud-prevention services to complete or investigate transactions;
  • Government authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law;
  • Protect the Site, customers, our rights, or the rights and safety of others;
  • Investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, or unauthorized distribution;
  • Complete a bona fide merger, sale, restructuring, financing, transfer of assets, or similar transaction; or
  • Carry out a disclosure you direct or authorize.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration as a standalone business model. Certain advertising, analytics, or cross-context technologies may be treated as "sharing," "sale," or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even when no money is paid for the information. If such regulated activity occurs and applicable law requires an opt-out, we will provide the required mechanism.

11. Service Providers and International Processing

SAXET is organized in Barbados, while the Site and its service providers may process or store information in the United States, Barbados, or other jurisdictions. Service providers may include website hosts, WordPress/WooCommerce providers, email-delivery services, payment processors, analytics providers, cybersecurity providers, professional advisers, and other vendors supporting the Site.

Data-protection laws vary among jurisdictions. Where applicable law requires contractual safeguards, transfer mechanisms, or other measures for international transfers of personal information, we will implement such measures to the extent required for our processing activities.

12. Amazon, Ingram, Lightning Source, and Other Third Parties

The Site may link to independent retailers, distributors, marketplaces, or platforms, including Amazon, Ingram, Lightning Source, or others. When you leave the Site and interact with a third party, that third party collects and processes information under its own privacy policy and terms. A transaction completed entirely through an independent retailer is generally processed by that retailer rather than SAXET.

13. Embedded Content and External Websites

The Site may contain embedded videos, images, social-media content, widgets, articles, links, or other third-party material. Interaction with embedded or linked content may allow the third party to collect information, use cookies, or recognize you if you are logged into that third-party service. SAXET does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.

14. Media and Uploaded Files

If the Site permits visitors to upload images or files, those files may contain embedded metadata, including location information. Remove sensitive metadata before uploading information you do not want potentially included in or extracted from the file.

15. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business, accounting, tax, security, legal, dispute-resolution, and compliance purposes. Retention periods vary by category of information. For example:

  • Order and transaction records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, audit, and legal purposes;
  • Marketing subscription information may be retained until you unsubscribe or until it is no longer needed;
  • Contact and customer-service communications may be retained as reasonably necessary for support, business records, and dispute resolution;
  • Comments and publicly submitted content may remain available until removed or no longer needed; and
  • Security and technical logs may be retained for a reasonable period for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.

16. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information under our control. No Internet transmission, website, payment system, email system, or electronic storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

17. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information maintained about you. These may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, information about processing or disclosures, withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis for processing, or an opt-out from certain advertising or data-sharing activities.

You may submit a privacy request to books@hero2zero2freedom.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority before acting on a request. We may retain or withhold information when permitted or required for transaction completion, accounting, tax, security, fraud prevention, legal claims, compliance, or other lawful purposes. We will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising rights available under applicable law.

18. California Privacy

California residents may have rights under the California Online Privacy Protection Act and, where statutory applicability requirements are met, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy

Rights Act. Depending on the law and its applicability, rights may include access, correction, deletion, information about categories and disclosures, and opt-out rights relating to sale, sharing, or certain targeted advertising activities. Nothing in this Policy is intended to represent that SAXET is subject to a particular California privacy statute when the statute's legal applicability requirements are not met. California residents may nevertheless contact us using the information in this Policy concerning personal information maintained about them.

19. EEA, United Kingdom, and Other International Rights

If privacy laws applicable to you grant additional rights, including rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, United Kingdom GDPR, or similar laws, we will honor those rights to the extent the relevant law applies to our activities. Where applicable, you may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.

20. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected in circumstances requiring parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us at books@hero2zero2freedom.com.

21. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy as the Site, products, technologies, service providers, business practices, or legal requirements change. We will update the "Last Updated" date when the Policy changes and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
